We build our gear to handle the toughest missions, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit. If your BulletPet gear isn't a 100% fit for your dog, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Mission Essentials

  • Condition: Items must be in original, mission-ready condition. This means unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: All original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Retailer Purchases: If you purchased your gear through an authorized BulletPet dealer, please contact them directly to handle your return under their specific store policies.

Field Testing Your Gear

Pro-Tip: We recommend testing the fit of your tactical harness or collar indoors first. Ensure the gear is clean and the packaging remains intact before heading out on your next adventure. A precise fit is critical for the safety and performance of tactical equipment. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in "like-new" condition (free of hair, dirt, or odor).

The Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Credits will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. BulletPet will only cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or if we supplied the incorrect gear.

  • Exchanges: To ensure you get the right gear as fast as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges (including size or color swaps). Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the updated specs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email our Customer Service Team with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship gear back without prior authorization.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and options.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

  4. Inspection: Once your gear arrives at our HQ and passes inspection, we will trigger your credit.

Refund Timelines

  • Processing: We aim to inspect and process returns within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

  • Bank Posting: Depending on your financial institution, credits may take an additional 5 - 15 business days to post to your account.

  • Total Window: Accounting for transit and bank processing, the entire cycle typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your return is finalized.
